When you request a hotel analysis, YAY receives the hotel, website, location, commercial inputs, your role and contact details, plus the report reference and the campaign or page that led to the enquiry. The form’s contact consent is separate from your analytics-cookie choice. Manually researched business prospects may also be recorded for relevant, one-to-one outreach.

Why it is used

To create the requested diagnostic, respond and arrange a call.
To manage the sales relationship and record agreed next actions.
With consent, to measure site usage and campaign performance through Google Analytics and Meta.
To keep the service secure and diagnose failed notifications.

Cookies and consent

Essential storage remembers language and privacy settings. Analytics and marketing technologies remain blocked until you grant the relevant choice.
